NB-UVB Phototherapy
Narrowband UVB at 311 nm calms inflammation in psoriasis and eczema without cortisone. Sessions run two to three times a week, with a typical course of 20–30 and PASI/EASI tracking.
People with widespread plaque psoriasis or moderate eczema unresponsive to topical care.Suitable in pregnancy and safely delivered in children using paediatric dosing schedules.

PUVA & Targeted Phototherapy
PUVA and targeted local units treat stubborn sites such as hands, feet and scalp with cortisone-free light. Dose and response are monitored throughout the course.
Selected patients with palmoplantar psoriasis, hand-foot eczema or scalp involvement.People with localised, stubborn plaques who respond poorly to narrowband UVB alone.

Biologic Treatments
Biologic drugs selectively block targets such as IL-17 and IL-23 in psoriasis and IL-4/13 in eczema. They are considered in moderate-to-severe, resistant disease after screening.
Moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis or atopic eczema unresponsive to topicals and light.People with joint involvement or widespread disease that clearly harms quality of life.

Systemic Therapy
Systemic drugs such as methotrexate, cyclosporine and acitretin are used in widespread or resistant psoriasis and eczema, alongside laboratory and safety monitoring.
People with widespread or stubborn psoriasis and eczema where topicals alone fall short.Selected patients without phototherapy access or needing rapid systemic control.

A cortisone-free topical plan combines calcineurin inhibitors, PDE-4 inhibitors and ceramide barrier repair to control inflammation without steroid side effects.

Allergy & Patch Testing
Patch testing identifies the allergens driving contact eczema. A panel of 40-plus allergens is applied to the back, read over several days, and turned into an avoidance list.

Our Technology
Drug-free control with our phototherapy unit
A full-body cabin plus local hand-and-foot units deliver controlled UV therapy for psoriasis, atopic dermatitis and vitiligo. Every session is recorded with dosimetry.
- Dosimetry logging. Cumulative UV dose tracked per patient.
- Short sessions. 3–8 minutes on average, two to three times a week.
